Hunter Marshal provides clients with a primary point of contact (supported by a dedicated core team) to manage your requirements. This team, will be dedicated to recruiting in just your particular industry sector, and will be responsible for the day to day recruitment activity including servicing all active vacancies, co-ordinating interviews, offer negotiation and maintaining and developing relationships with human resources and line management personnel. Each Consultant is reviewed and rewarded against key performance measures that centre on client and candidate satisfaction.
