HUNTER MARSHAL CLIENTS

Code of Practice

Why choose Hunter Marshal for your business partner?

INTRODUCTION

Hunter Marshal stands for uncompromising integrity and high ethical conduct. We are proud of the reputation that we have earned, and we are determined to both protect and enhance that reputation. The printing of the Code of Business Principles & Ethics is designed to help you understand what Hunter Marshal expects of all its employees. While this Code does not cover every ethical issue, it is representative of the spirit and intent of the Code. Applying common sense, integrity, good judgement and discretion to every business issue will help to ensure that our decisions are consistent with this Code and with the values of Hunter Marshal.

Our success depends on each member of the team. All directors, managers and employees are responsible for reading, understanding and assuring that the firm’s business is conducted in accordance with the principles and standards contained in the Code. We have a wonderfully bright future, but our continued success and good reputation depends on each of our actions. Acting with integrity and the highest ethical standards is not only good policy, it is good business. Therefore, each member of the Hunter Marshal team must adhere to both the letter and spirit of this Code - every day.

The Hunter Marshal Code of Practice is an extensive set of business procedures that ensure the firm delivers the most ethical service to clients and candidates alike. It underpins everything we do, from how we develop relationships with candidates through to how assignments are delivered to our clients.

The Code is designed to help employees understand their responsibilities in conducting business on behalf of Hunter Marshal. What you read in this Code probably will not surprise you, as it is consistent with the behaviour and expectations on which our firm has been built. Violations of this Code are not tolerated. All of us must take responsibility for the manner in which Hunter Marshal engages in business, and thus each employee must report to a Company Director any action that appears to be in violation of this Code.

Finally, we recognise that, in some instances, compliance with this Code may place us in a less competitive position. However, adherence to this Code is of greater long-term value to our firm and its clients, employees and stakeholders than any benefit that may be gained by compromising our integrity.

You, our customers, have chosen to trust us. In return, we must strive to remain steadfast in our commitment to 'Ethics First'. It provides the behavioural framework for our relationships with fellow employees and you - job candidates, clients, shareholders and vendors. We value your custom above everything else and aspire to make your lives richer, and more fulfilled. 'Ethics first' is the fundamental principle for us at all levels. Serving you individually and collectively better than anybody else demands that we trust you, and that we act to make sure that every aspect of our service is second to none. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are the core principles of our business and will always remain so. We expect our people to adhere to these standards in their daily actions. Integrity is the common fabric of the people we hire and will continue to define our business for years to come.
