CANDIDATE SCREEENING

In order to excel in the recruitment service we offer, Hunter Marshal prides itself on the thorough testing and screening processes that have been implemented to ensure that our clients receive the best candidates available within the market place.

The following screening and/or testing procedures are in place:

  • Legal eligibility to work in Ireland will be verified.
  • All candidates are briefed and permission is obtained prior to submitting their CV for a position.
  • Upon registering a vacancy, a search takes place to source the most suitable candidates. The criteria reviewed will include:
  1. Candidate experience including ability to carry out specific tasks as detailed
  2. Systems skills and level of competency
  3. Professional qualifications
  4. Academic record
  5. Current and desired remuneration
  6. Personality
  • Candidates will be contacted to ascertain their current availability, personality fit, and willingness for their CV to be submitted. A full job briefing will be given at this stage. CV's will then be submitted by email.
  • Interviews will be arranged and all feedback co-ordinated by the Account Manager.

SPECIFICALLY TAILORED SERVICES

Advertised Recruitment and Retained Selection

We define and manage the recruitment process which includes the advertising strategy, handling responses with professionalism and the selection phase. This involves competency based interviews, initial candidate reference checks and short-list face-to-face candidate presentations to the client.

Psychometric testing

Psychometrics is the group term to include both Personality Questionnaires and Cognitive Ability Tests. A Personality Questionnaire is used to determine your preferred work style and Cognitive Ability Tests are used to determine your actual aptitude to do the job in a wide range of possible areas e.g. Numerical, spatial, verbal, diagrammatical to name but a few.

Executive Search

Our in-depth research process combines original research specific to each assignment, networking through contacts and approaching sources to identify the pool of executive candidates meeting the criteria identified through the job analysis phase.
